Founder
Myca Belknap
Myca is passionate about spreading the message of hope and love through missions work. With years of experience ministering, in word and in song, from living in Costa Rica and other parts of the world, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Firebrands.
Her teaching skills and love for the Body of Christ are the heartbeat of Firebrands 616, The Gathering, El Encuentro, and Connect & Cultivate.
Myca holds a master's degree in education and is a lifelong student of biblical languages.

Dave Belknap
Dave is passionate about empowering others to recognize their God-given worth, build authentic community, and make a lasting impact. With a foundation of ministry training during his formative years and experience leading worship, he brings servant leadership, strategic vision, and creative excellence..
His leadership, technical expertise, and design skills help communicate the vision and heart of Firebrands 616, The Gathering, El Encuentro, and Connect & Cultivate.
Dave holds a BSD in Design and is a CBMC-certified Leadership Coach.
Minister
Arlene Yoder
Arlene is passionate about sharing the love of Christ through missions and ministry. As a co-founder of Grace World Missions International and Ambassadors for Christ to the Nations, she has devoted her life to equipping believers and reaching the nations. With many years of ministry experience in Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Panama, she brings wisdom, faith, and a heart for discipleship to Firebrands.
Alongside the late Rev. Cloyde Yoder, she also helped train and mentor many ministers in the United States when living in Georgia.
Today, Arlene resides in Traverse City, Michigan, where she continues to serve through outreach, her local church, and prayer ministries.
